As an Instructional Technologist with a deep interest in Learning Technologies, I bring a unique blend of pedagogical insight and technical expertise to every educational setting I support. My journey began as a fifth-grade teacher and evolved into a leadership role as a Campus Technology Integration Specialist, serving at the elementary, junior high, and high school levels. At the same time, I’ve spent over a decade in higher education as an adjunct professor, teaching instructional technology and learning theory to graduate and doctoral students.
I am a strong advocate for the transformative potential of educational technology, particularly in the emerging field of artificial intelligence. AI can personalize learning, provide real-time feedback, reduce teacher workload, and generate data to guide instruction. My focus is on using these tools to enhance engagement, support differentiation, and promote equitable learning outcomes.
I embrace change and view challenges as opportunities for growth. In a field that evolves constantly, I stay committed to continuous learning and to helping others navigate new tools and approaches with confidence. Ultimately, I am passionate about helping educators and students unlock the power of technology to create more dynamic, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences—both in K–12 and higher education.
